Pamela Anderson's decision to appear in public without makeup has inspired many. The girls of the Good Day LA program on Fox11 TV, including the Armenian Araksya Karapetyan, followed Anderson's example and removed their makeup in front of the viewers.

Araksyan shared the video of the program on her Instagram. In the attached post, the American-Armenian TV journalist admitted that in her youth she used to avoid going out without make-up.

"As I have gotten older I don’t mind going out of the house without makeup on. When I was younger I felt uncomfortable. If you see me on the weekend out and about, chances are I am not wearing any makeup. The first thing I do when I get home is take it all off! But … that being said, makeup does give me confidence still (a little goes a long way though)."

The anchor also added that today she assures her daughters that they do not need any makeup to look beautiful. "We sure look younger without all that stuff on our face— and that’s a good thing!", she says.
