The world's largest beach club, Sirene by GAIA, is coming to Dubai. Grandeur, scale, and Epicureanism combine to make this 9,000-square-meter venue an iconic beachfront location for the renowned GAIA restaurant brand.
Sirene by GAIA at Jumeirah One in Dubai is touted as the largest beach club ever built in the world. It will open in September.
This space will house more than 400 sun loungers, swimming pools, cabanas, and spacious restaurants. Also, guests and travelers will enjoy delectable Mediterranean cuisine prepared by GAIA, one of Dubai's most iconic restaurants. GAIA's Greco-Mediterranean ambiance welcomes guests to Sirene on a white harbor surrounded by azure waters with a picturesque backdrop and skyline. “
This year alone we are investing more than $140 million in expansion in Dubai and around the world,” said founder and CEO of Fundamental Hospitality, Evgeny Kuzin, which is implementing the project. “Our plan is to open 15 to 20 restaurants per year, and we are already planning openings for 2027, 2028 and 2029.”
