The “king of Instagram,” poker player, and playboy Dan Bilzerian has shocked fans with his admission that monogamous relationships are better than promiscuous ones.

On the Mighty Pursuit podcast, Bilzerian opened up, not forgetting to mention that he had sex with “thousands of women.” “On average, I had sex with three girls a day, at least. I mean, if I only had sex with two girls a day, it would be like a day off...Sometimes four, sometimes five, seven, nine at the most,” the alpha male boasted.

But now that times have changed, Dan has changed, too. “No matter how strange it may sound in my case, but now I think that a monogamous relationship is better.” “I think you can find a girl that you enjoy spending time with and really trust each other. I really think that one cool girl that you actually have a spiritual connection with is better. I think sex is better too, because you’re more relaxed, your energy isn’t going in a bunch of different directions.”

For now, Bilzerian says he lives with the idea of being happy with what he has. “Achieving a result is not as satisfying as when you think about the path to getting there...I had a plane, the biggest house in all of Los Angeles. I had one of the biggest houses in Vegas, I had all the cars, I bought a Ferrari and drove about 75 miles a year. I had all the women. 300 foot yacht. 27 models who would cut each other's throats to sleep with me... Most people live such a comfortable life, we take many things for granted, such as not having to go outside to shit in the toilet at night when on the street 30 degrees... One of my tricks to happiness is to just be grateful for what you have.”
