Paul McCartney had a threesome with two groupies for three whole days during the heyday of The Beatles. The musician's “fun,” however, ended when his future wife showed up at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.
This is discussed in the book All You Need Is Love: The End of the Beatles, in which the late record executive Ron Cass says: “There was this bungalow. Paul stayed there with these girls for three days and three nights. Then Linda came. Paul and Linda didn't know each other that well, but she came over and Paul got rid of the girls and then took Linda in, so Linda snuck in at night."
Sir Paul, now 81, was the biggest womanizer in the group, filmmaker David Puttnam claims in the book—even more so than fellow Beatles John Lennon, Ringo Starr, and George Harrison. “Paul, he fucked everything that moved, but he didn’t seem to want to. He was always considered handsome."
The book also features never-before-seen interviews with Sir Paul. In one of them, he says that the Beatles were "not celibate in the least."
The singer said that at concerts in the UK, their tour manager pulled female fans from the front row and invited them backstage to meet the band.
Sir Paul used to date actress Jane Asher, but they split in the late 1960s when she caught him in bed with screenwriter Francie Schwartz. Also, he dated UK model Anita Cochrane and was linked to German actress Gloria Mack.
Sir Paul married his first wife, Linda, in 1969 and lived with her until her death in 1998. He married Heather Mills in 2002, but they divorced six years later. And in 2011, Paul McCartney tied the knot with Nancy Shevell.
