Star designer and conceptual artist Samuel Ross has released a new Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon watch.

This stunning watch was conceived based on high concepts of how design and art should serve social functions. Only 50 pieces will be produced—and the price will be $ 143,000.

The Hublot Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A by Samuel Ross reinterprets the iconic design with a fresh blue chromatic variation and carbon construction. Keeping its usual 44mm case size, this watch incorporates a honeycomb pattern into the matte gray structure, which extends to the movement and lugs, reports Hypebeast.

Its bezel displays two types of finishes, satin on top and microblasted on the side, while the hands and hour markers are highlighted in two shades of blue.

The Manufacture HUB6035 caliber, with its 264 components, provides a 72-hour power reserve and features a visible skeletonized tourbillon.

A supple dark blue rubber strap, perforated with the same honeycomb pattern as the case, completes the overall design of this watch.
