Spanish fashion house Loewe, a member of the LVMH luxury group, is marking the 10th anniversary of its iconic Puzzle bag with a major international campaign. Since its debut, the origami-inspired geometric design has become a cult favorite, with YouTube collectors and fashion enthusiasts closely analyzing its shapes, sizes, and even speculating on its future, WWD reports.
To commemorate the milestone, Loewe is releasing 19 reissues of Puzzle bags from previous collections, along with a new limited-edition version adorned with thousands of miniature leather sequins—an homage to Italian artist Lara Favaretto's installation for Loewe’s Fall 2023 runway show.

Each anniversary edition highlights Loewe’s deep ties to the art world and its dedication to traditional craftsmanship. The bags showcase techniques such as appliqué, embroidery, embossing, printing, and leather intarsia, incorporating designs inspired by William Morris, Joe Brainard, Ken Price, and Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

To further celebrate, Loewe is launching exclusive pop-up installations at Bergdorf Goodman (New York) and Harrods (London), along with exhibitions at the Genesis Art Gallery (Beijing) and Dopeness Art Lab (Taiwan). As part of the campaign, Loewe’s master artisans will embark on a global tour to demonstrate the Puzzle bag’s intricate handcrafting process—a concept originally envisioned by creative director Jonathan Anderson.
The special edition bags will be available starting May 22 on loewe.com and in select Loewe boutiques. Each comes with a suede lining, metal nameplate, two ball-shaped keychains, and special gift packaging that includes—you guessed it—a limited-edition puzzle.
