Passengers aboard a Southwest Airlines flight were both shocked and delighted when a routine trip turned into one of the most unexpected in-flight weddings ever.
“As you know, Southwest is the airline of love, and today, love is in the air!” announced a flight attendant over the intercom. Passengers turned in disbelief as they realized Tina and Roger were about to get married right before their eyes.

A viral TikTok video, now viewed over 5.2 million times, captures Tina walking down the aisle in a bright orange dress, bouquet in hand, while Roger waited in a matching orange shirt and tie. The cabin erupted with applause, cheers, and joyous “hoorays!”
After exchanging vows, Tina tossed her bouquet, which was swiftly caught by a passenger in the aisle, and a guest notebook made its rounds for witnesses to sign—documenting the once-in-a-lifetime event.
When the plane landed, the newlyweds rode through the terminal in an airport electric cart adorned with a “Just Married” sign, garlands, and pink hearts, delighting fellow travelers.
Not every passenger shared the enthusiasm. One quipped: “Thanks for inviting everyone… as if we had a choice!”
Another added: “I’ve never seen a wedding hostage before!”
Despite a few grumbles, the ceremony brought a memorable dose of joy and romance to an ordinary flight, proving that love can truly take off—literally
