From thousand-dollar fragrances to high-end skincare, luxury brands have turned the countdown to the holidays into an indulgence for affluent shoppers.
In 2026, luxury labels are inviting customers to count down to the festive season with expensive perfumes, cosmetics and skincare products. Some sets cost hundreds of dollars, while the most expensive option in this selection reaches $1,200.
One of the season’s standout offerings is the Dior Le 30 Montaigne Advent Calendar, priced at $800.

The box is decorated with gold stars, bows and other symbols associated with the fashion house. Behind its 24 doors are makeup products, the popular Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil, fragrances, skincare, candles and Christmas tree ornaments.

For those looking to discover several luxury brands at once, Bloomingdale’s offers a $350 calendar containing 27 products with a stated total value of $1,252. The selection includes fragrances, makeup, skincare and haircare products.

Fragrance enthusiasts may want to consider Byredo’s $955 Advent Calendar. Its 25 days of surprises feature miniature perfumes, hand creams, shower gels, body sprays and candles. The featured scents include Mojave Ghost, Bal D’Afrique and Rose of No Man’s Land.

A more affordable option comes from Diptyque. Priced at $525, its calendar contains 25 scented surprises, ranging from miniature fragrances to body creams and candles. The packaging can also be reused after the holidays, for example, to store jewelry.

Two sets stand out in the luxury skincare category. Augustinus Bader’s $660 calendar contains 12 miniatures of the brand’s popular products, including The Rich Cream, whose full-size version retails for $315.

Valmont’s $530 calendar features 12 travel-size versions of its Swiss skincare products, with a stated combined value of approximately $1,300.

Dolce & Gabbana has released a $595 calendar containing 24 surprises, including Light Blue Eau de Toilette and Everfull XL mascara.

For lovers of high-end perfumery, there are even more expensive options. Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s $1,200 calendar is designed for a five-day countdown and includes iconic fragrances such as Baccarat Rouge 540, Grand Soir and Gentle Fluidity, along with scented candles. The set also features Mon beau Sapin, a fragrance composition with notes of fir tree.

Those who prefer a shorter festive countdown can opt for seven-day calendars. Parfums de Marly offers a $460 set featuring fragrance miniatures, including Valaya Eau de Parfum, as well as Delina-scented shower products. Bulgari’s $330 calendar contains seven gifts, including full-size body lotion and cologne, travel sprays and a ceramic ornament.

Finally, YSL Beauty offers a $400 calendar with 25 days of surprises. Inside are popular makeup, skincare and fragrance products, including travel-size versions of Libre and Black Opium, as well as a miniature Lash Clash mascara. The contents have a stated value of $645.
Luxury Advent calendars remain a way to treat yourself before the holidays or choose an unusual gift. But behind the festive packaging lies a serious price tag: this season, some sets cost more than many individual designer accessories.
