Many may realize that they have added some kilos after the New Year and it is already a reason for concern, nutritionist Gayane Ghazaryan told NEWS.am STYLE.
“In this case I advise to use a light diet for 1 to 2 days (a diet, containing one kind of food), along with physical activity and one may regain the former weight very quickly,” she claimed.
According to her, it is very important to eat five times a day, by limiting quickly digestible carbohydrates and animal fats and also to walk fast for 30 to 40 minutes a day.
In addition, she advised to follow healthy diet.
