Kim Kardashian, 34, announced the news in the midseason finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim said in the teaser for the second half of the season. It’s unclear when the teaser was filmed.

Much of this past season of KUWTK focused on Kim wanting to get pregnant. Kim faced fertility struggles, and even had a surgery to try and help her and Kanye get pregnant. One episode even got very graphic into how often Kim and Kanye were having sexual relations to time right with her ovulation cycle. The couple are already parents to North West, who is almost two years old.
