But in order to know more details about its process and surprises we had an interesting talk with the creative director of the show, famous dancer and choreographer, Arthur Gourounlian.

«The whole event was just MAGICAL, it was such a beautiful day from the weather to the stalls and to all of the entertainment. The day started at 12pm with an amazing blessing ceremony by our very own Srpazan Hovakim Manukyan, specially flown over from Armenia Atchbishop Nathan Hovhanissian and Father Garekin Hambardzumyan. The day was filled with some stunning performances from world-renowned violinist Levon Chiligirian, Komidas Choir of the Tekeyan Trust, Akhtamar Armenian Performance Group, and of course the amazing and talented Mr Gevorg Karapetyan who made everyone go crazy with joy with his Duduk playing»,-says Arthur adding that one of the biggest surprises for everyone was the one and only Nazeni Hovhannisyan, who presented Auction and Raffle.

«I absolutely love her. She handled everything with such a grace and professionalism along with our 2 other wonderful hosts Nouritza Matossian and Karine Bedrossian».
It was also interesting to know how people reacted on Iveta Mukuchyan’s performance. Arthur revealed some details.

«Iveta, where do I start? Beautiful, Humble, Talented and such a Wonderful performer. As soon as she stepped out on to the stage the whole festival stood still to admire her beautiful voice and the energy she projected everywhere. She performed 5 songs with an exclusive performance of her new track Ary Yar 2 and of course finishing with her biggest hit LOVE WAVE».

The creative director of the festival mentions that he is beyond pleased with its result.

«I was so privileged and honored to have been approached by Dick Bedrossian and Srpazan Hovakim Manukyan to be involved in this years Festival, which brings not only the Armenian community together but also loads of different cultures and nationalities. It’s good to show that us Armenians maybe a small country, but when we get together and support each other we are very strong. Regarding next year I guess all I can say is: watch this space / to be continued… / who knows?»
