Pharrell Williams becomes Louis Vuitton men's collection creative director

10:00, February 15

Pharrell Williams has been appointed the new creative director of Louis Vuitton menswear collections. The brand announced this on Twitter on Tuesday.

"Louis Vuitton is delighted to welcome Pharrell as its new Men’s Creative Director. His first collection for Louis Vuitton will be revealed next June during Men's Fashion Week in Paris," the message reads.

Pharrell Williams is an American singer, rapper, and designer. In 2003, Williams founded the clothing brand Billionaire Boys Club with Japanese designer Tobaki Nigo, better known as Nigo.

Williams will replace former Louis Vuitton menswear creative director Virgil Abloh, who died in 2021. He was 42 years old.
