Kim Kardashian was accused of a crime against fashion. She nonchalantly placed her Hermès Birkin bag on the dirty floor. Kardashian owns a dozen Birkin bags—ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
So when she placed her Hermès bag on the floor next to the sticky popcorn during a basketball game last weekend, it wasn't a big deal to her. However, fans were furious, given that it was a rare crocodile version of the Birkin in a chocolate brown shade that costs at least $50,000.
When a photo of her with this bag at her feet on the floor appeared on Instagram, users called her "crazy." “She went crazy allowing this beautiful thing to be at her feet. She needs a style check!” Another noted that there was popcorn on the floor that was probably sticky with butter: “Don’t mix corn and alligator!”
Earlier, Kim was slammed after she put her “dirty” Hermès Birkin bags up for sale on the Kardashian Kloset family website for $70,000.
