Kim Kardashian looked stunning at the star-studded 10th Breakthrough Awards in Los Angeles.

Kardashian chose a custom-made Alaia dress. The white leather cowl-neck dress featured a slit at the center back and additional cutouts on the chest and sides, made of crocodile-embossed leather. The ensemble was completed with platform shoes with white and transparent elements. Kim decided to go without jewelry to focus on the dress itself.

The event attracted a host of celebrities, including Margot Robbie, Jessica Chastain, Olivia Wilde, and Brie Larson.

The event, held at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles, honors those who have excelled in math and science, and each honoree receives $3 million, according to a press release.

But despite its focus outside of show business, this glamorous gala always attracts a cavalcade of A-list stars to walk the red carpet and hand out prizes.
