The long-awaited sequel to the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada may finally be in development.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film's writer Aline Brosh McKenna and producer Wendy Finerman will reportedly team up to write and develop the highly anticipated sequel. While no official announcements have been made at the time of writing, Park noted that the sequel may focus on the new dynamic between Meryl Streep's Miranda Priestly and Emily Blunt's Emily Charlton.

While it remains to be seen whether Streep and Blunt will reprise their roles, it's unlikely that Andy Sachs (Anne Hathway) will appear in the sequel.
