Although Turkey is not participating in the Eurovision 2014 Song Contest, the Turkish media are closely following the events taking place within the framework of the competition.
In this connection, Milliyet daily of Turkey reflected on famous Armenian showman, comedian, and singer Aram MP3 (Aram Sargsyan), who represents Armenia at Eurovision 2014, and presented him as the favorite to win this year’s song contest.
The Turkish daily also conducted a small interview with Armenia’s contestant, and asked about Aram’s life story and activities.
“I communicate with people in two ways: by singing and joking. And I will continue with both,” Aram MP3 specifically told Milliyet.
The first semifinal in the Eurovision 2014 Song Contest, which is held in the Danish capital city of Copenhagen, will take place on Tuesday. Armenia’s Aram MP3 will compete in the first semifinal, and he will be the first to perform on that night with his song, “Not Alone.”
The second semifinal of the event will take place on Thursday, and the final will be held on Saturday.
