Hi!
Today, I finally started to take action. It is one thing about this diet that makes me happy: till 12 I can eat everything except milk chocolate, which I actually do not like. So I ate one khachapuri [cheese bread] at work, and in the morning I drank a cup of coffee with a spoon of sugar.
For lunch, I'll have 30 grams of pasta with cheese, well, the dinner is limited to only a can of yogurt or matsoon. I think it would not be particularly difficult, because I'm used to fasting. In the evening, I will try to go for a walk for about 30 minutes and do a little exercise.
I stood on the scales this morning: 118.6 kilos (about 261punds). If by the end of this week I can lose at least 2 kilos, this will be my first small victory.
I am trying to answer all of your letters. And I want to thank you for them! Nice to know that someone is with you. Thank you, and I also decided to put my first picture. I will have a photo report every two weeks to make the result noticeable.
So, let’s start!
Good luck to us all!
With your help, I believe in myself!
Your Ani
