3rd grader's school project reaches Brad Pitt

10:17, February 1

A third-grader named Chase Moh from Wisconsin, US received a homework at school - to send his self-portrait on a trip so that the drawing would be received by different people and come back to him. The boy was incredibly lucky as Hollywood star Brad Pitt took photos with his art. But Chase’s classmates did not appreciate this, since most of them do not know who Brad Pitt is, ABC News reported.

“Chase's assignment was based off the children's book "Mailing May" in which the character can't afford a train ticket to visit her grandmother. Instead, she's weighed, wears a postage stamp and is "mailed" to her grandmother by way of mail car, Chase's teacher, Heather May, explained to "Good Morning America,” the source noted.

Chase initially had a head start in this race, as his father, Mike Moh, is a martial artist and actor who played the role of Bruce Lee in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

At the Screen Actors Guild Award Ceremony, Mike Mo took a photo with Brad Pitt holding a self-portrait of Chase. The boy handed this photo to the teacher - the photo was even posted on the school’s Facebook page.

However, according to the teacher, only the school staff were impressed, since most of Chase's peers simply did not know who Brad Pitt was.
