Juliana Grigoryan, a soprano (the highest female singing voice), was declared the winner of the "Operalia 2022" World Opera Competition, founded by world-renowned opera singer Placido Domingo, the competition organizers announced on their official Twitter.
"We are proud to announce the Operalia 2022 Winners! Congratulations to all Winners and Participants for another great edition of Plácido Domingo’s Operalia, the World Opera Competition!" the message reads.
Juliana Grigoryan was also awarded the "Rolex Prize of the Audience."
