It is better to get entertained more than eat till the last portion on New Year party, nutritionist Gayane Ghazaryan told NEWS.am Style.
She advises to eat products of relatively fresh not to consume food and alcohol, and in general, try everything but in little portions.
“It is better to start with salads (fruit or vegetable) mixed with sour cream or yogurts, and not with mayonnaise, ketchup or bold sauce with lemon juice. It will help to improve digestion of heavy meals,” the nutritionist said advising not to eat lots of fatty food and to prefer better fish or chicken. “It is better to eat more green herbs and not to drink alcohol with empty stomach. In addition, protein foods should be consumed with carbohydrates, and carbohydrates - with lots of fat. Be extremely attentive not to mix mushrooms with red wine.”
