The first official trailer for the film Oppenheimer was released on YouTube. The project is directed by Christopher Nolan.

The main role was played by Cillian Murphy. He plays J. Robert Oppenheimer, the American theoretical physicist called the "father of the atomic bomb." The screenplay is based on "American Prometheus" by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin.

"They won't fear it until they understand it. And they won't understand it until they've used it," Murphy's character says in the trailer.

The film also stars Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Rami Malek and Dane DeHaan. The world premiere is set for July 2023.
