Megan Thee Stallion has posed completely naked on the cover of Women's Health magazine.
The 29-year-old rapper showed off her athletic figure and talked about how she overcame pain and resentment after the incident with her ex-boyfriend Tony Lanez, who had shot her in the leg in July 2020.
Also, the singer faced hatred from fellow artists and others who questioned her memory of that night, despite being the victim.
“It took me a while to admit that I was depressed,” Megan said in an interview. She went to therapy to improve her mental health and started working out to focus her energy on something positive.
Megan works out four to five times a week. The singer, who has designed a sportswear collection for Nike, also enjoys working out on the beach and running for 40 minutes for cardio.
Furthermore, the star changed her diet, reducing the amount of red meat, brandy, carbonated drinks, juices, tuna, and bread she consumes. Her daily meal plan typically includes a smoothie or green juice for breakfast, salmon with vegetables for lunch and dinner, and a vegetable snack of her choosing.
