Saying that "Friends" is just a great series means saying nothing. This is a cult project that has grown up for more than one generation.

Today, on May 27, a special edition of the series will be released on the HBO MAX streaming service, where your favorite actors will remember and share all sorts of events and interesting moments of the show, which united people from different countries long before the advent of the Internet.

On this occasion NEWS.am STYLE presents the series in the genre of sitcom, comedy, and romance "Friends". The show aired on NBC from September 1994 to May 2004. A total of 10 seasons were released.

The showrunners of the project are David Crane and Martha Kauffman, and Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer were confirmed for the main roles.

The series tells about six friends-Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross-who live next door, kill time together, share secrets, and sometimes fall deeply in love.

"Friends" are simply woven out of humor. You can laugh at almost any single phrase or dialogue, no matter what it is about.

No doubt, the main advantage of the series is its impeccable cast. The magnificent acting of the actors simply delights from the first seconds.

Phoebe Buffet (Lisa Kudrow). Incredibly strange and eccentric, unusual and unpredictable girl. Her life has been difficult since early childhood, and the sadness of these days is reflected in her strange songs. For many, her work seems strange, but her friends always support Phoebe.

Joseph Francis Tribbiani Jr. (Matt LeBlanc). American of Italian descent. Like any Italian, Joe is not averse to a delicious and dense meal. And also Joe is a lover of pretty girls. And if it's a choice between food and girls, I don't think he'll be able to make the final choice himself. Joe is an actor, and often he has to go to very strange auditions, which creates a lot of silly, but still funny scenes.

Monica E. Geller (Courteney Cox-Arquette). Smart, beautiful, and obsessed with cleanliness and order. Monica is always kind and hospitable. She is an excellent chef and a person who strives to achieve perfection in any business. She likes to play sports and logic games. She does not like to lose and concede in anything and to anyone, and for the sake of victory, she will do almost anything.

Chandler Muriel Bing (Matthew Perry). His witty jokes and atypical humor are simply excellent. After all, he jokes in any situation and on any suitable and unsuitable occasion. His movements and facial expressions make you smile again and again. He never has any luck with girls, because when he meets them, he says such nonsense that you’d be amazed. He had a rough childhood, and it seems that his wit is a defensive reflex.

Rachel Karen Green (Jennifer Aniston). A sweet, beautiful, sometimes naive daughter of rich parents, who are used to always getting what she wants. But the day came when she realized that she wasn't living the life she wanted. And she decided that she would achieve everything herself. And she brilliantly went from a cafe waitress to a leading specialist in the fashion industry.

Ross Eustace Geller (David Schwimmer). Monica's brother, a paleontologist who dreams of being like Indiana Jones. He's smart and educated, but that doesn't stop him from being a bore sometimes. But Ross is also very nice and kind to people, and especially to his friends. He is modest and timid, he is often met by failures on the love path, and his personal life is almost always filled with flops.

Without at least one of these friends, the show might have lost its zest. They're like a family. They are the ones who will come to the rescue at the right moment, even if you are on the other side of the screen.

They are true friends that each of us dreams of deep down in our hearts.
